As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Shan, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food. You will manage a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other employees to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a restaurant manager and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You must also have a strong understanding of food and beverage operations and be able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.

Your responsibilities will include creating work schedules, monitoring inventory levels, handling customer complaints, training new employees, and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that the restaurant is profitable.

This is a seasonal job with competitive salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so it is preferred that the candidate already has their own visa. As we cater primarily to English-speaking customers, fluency in English is required.
