Restaurant Manager
Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train and manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to meet budget targets
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Enforce health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, inventory management, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Good understanding of financial management principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
