Entry-Level Merchandiser


We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Sofia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing product inventory, maintaining displays, and ensuring products are stocked and presented correctly in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain product displays in retail stores.
-Ensure that products are stocked and presented correctly.
-Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers regarding reorders.
-Develop relationships with store managers to ensure the best placement of products.
-Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
-Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop merchandising strategies.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
-Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store managers.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: $1400 per month
