Entry Level Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Lisbon. As an Entry Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience who are looking to start their career in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies based on market trends and customer preferences
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improving product assortment and placement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or clearance of slow-moving products
- Participate in store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and provide feedback to store teams
- Assist in setting up product displays for trade shows and other events

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Salary: $900 per month
