We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Al Buraymi. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries for our customers. Your role will also involve developing new menu items, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of desserts, cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats for our menu
- Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences
- Ensure all products are made with high-quality ingredients
- Oversee the production process to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Creative mindset with a passion for pastry making
- Excellent knowledge of different types of desserts, techniques, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train others effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
