Office Manager
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. This is an entry-level position, making it perfect for those without prior experience looking to start their career in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Serve as the main point of contact for all office inquiries and requests
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for office expenses
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Conduct research and provide support for various projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
Location: This position is based in Almada but may require occasional travel within the city.
Salary: Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.
Nationality/Residency: While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, preference will be given to those who are legally authorized to work in Almada.
