Entry-Level Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Muscat. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will work closely with experienced managers and learn the ins and outs of construction project management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience in the field who are looking to jumpstart their career in construction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to senior management
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and suggest solutions
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of project expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in the construction industry (preferred but not required)

Salary: 1200$ per month (accommodation provided)

Location: Muscat, Oman
