Position: Barista
Location: Braga, Portugal

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure quality of products by following recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders, and handling payments
- Assist with food preparation and serving when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Accommodation will be provided if needed
