IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's information systems, ensuring their efficiency and security. You will also be in charge of maintaining and updating our hardware and software systems, as well as providing technical support to all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure maximum uptime and data protection
- Manage the IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Provide technical support to all employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and database management
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech personnel

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (Candidates from India preferred)

Type: Full-time (accommodation provided)
