Junior Preservation Architect

As a Junior Preservation Architect, you will work under the guidance of senior architects to assist in the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic buildings and sites. You will use your knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques to help preserve the cultural significance of these structures. Your responsibilities may include conducting research, preparing reports and drawings, coordinating with contractors and clients, and performing on-site inspections. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting will be essential for success in this role.

Located in the beautiful city of Porto, known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning architecture, our firm specializes in preservation architecture projects throughout Portugal. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and nationalities who have a passion for preserving our built heritage. This position offers a salary of $1200 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of architectural history and preservation principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel for on-site inspections
