Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to construction. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of architecture principles and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is in line with design plans.
- Review project proposals, contracts, and budgets to ensure feasibility and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural principles and techniques.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards successful project completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Los Angeles (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
