Handyman vacancy in Beer-Sheva Israel

A reputable property management company in Beer-Sheva is looking for a skilled Handyman with experience in maintenance and repairs to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing general repairs and upkeep tasks at our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, lighting fixtures, and other equipment
- Perform painting and drywall repairs as needed
- Maintain inventory of necessary tools and supplies
- Communicate with property manager about any major maintenance needs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with property manager and tenants
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when needed

We are specifically looking for someone who is Indian national or has experience working with Indian community. English language skills are not required for this position.
