Junior Construction Manager


We are currently hiring a Junior Construction Manager for our company based in Ar Rumaythiyah. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the senior construction manager in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior manager in planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
- Oversee project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports on project status and present them to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry (experience in a junior management role is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is open to Kenyan nationals as well as foreigners who have their own visa. English-speaking candidates are preferred.
