Excavator Operator


We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator and other heavy machinery to perform excavation and earthmoving tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Inspect equipment before and after use, report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Physically fit and able to operate machinery for long periods of time in various weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience working on construction sites or similar projects
