As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of masons to ensure efficient and timely completion of construction projects in Muscat, Oman. Your role will involve managing and supervising the work of masons from different nationalities, including Pakistanis and Egyptians.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and timelines
- Plan and schedule work for the mason team to meet project deadlines
- Monitor the quality of work being done by the team to ensure it meets industry standards
- Train and guide new masons on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and abilities
- Purchase necessary materials and tools for the team as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing projects to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or clients in a timely manner
- Adhere to budget constraints set by project managers
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, expenses, and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity for performing physical labor in all weather conditions

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
