Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals in the design and construction of projects
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Review architectural plans and drawings to ensure they meet client requirements and comply with building codes
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Indian nationality
- Experience working in Balzers or surrounding areas
- Fluency in English
