Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Ashdod, providing leadership and direction to ensure successful completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, with a deep understanding of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
- Biometric passport (preferred).

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
