Housekeeping Supervisor


Clairvaux Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our luxury hotel in Clairvaux. This full-time position is suitable for men with a minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping and strong English communication skills.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to high standards. You will work closely with the housekeeping team, providing training and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and delegating tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives for the housekeeping department
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and presentation
- Experience working with cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals preferred
