Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing office operations, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including organizing and coordinating meetings, maintaining office equipment, and handling correspondence.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Create and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking.
- Implement company policies and procedures for a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with office management software is a plus.
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jerusalem, Israel (Filipino or Nepali nationality preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (renewable)
