Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an English-speaking individual, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with managing office supplies and ordering when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1100$
