Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Svalbard. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior surfaces of buildings, including glass, metal, and stone. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections of building facades and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Repairing damaged or deteriorating facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone
- Installing new facade elements as needed
- Applying weatherproofing and sealing materials to prevent water damage
- Operating equipment such as scaffolding, lifts, and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in construction or with building facades preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
