Part-time JAVA Developer in Bergen, Norway


We are hiring a skilled JAVA Developer to join our team in Bergen on a part-time basis. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. Your main tasks will include analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing software applications, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of JAVA programming language and its frameworks. You should also have experience with Agile methodologies and database management. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently are crucial for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing software solutions using JAVA programming language
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements
- Troubleshooting and debugging code issues
- Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code
- Conducting unit testing and integration testing
- Ensuring the security and scalability of the software applications
- Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a JAVA Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of JAVA programming language and its frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and database management (MySQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bergen, Norway. You must be able to work on-site at our office.
