Equipment Operator

Our company in Bergen is seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to operate various types of heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to assist with construction and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Load and unload materials using equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various types of heavy machinery and their functions
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
