Entry-Level Sales Representative
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies, and you will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and networking events
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and industry trends
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Location: Bergen, Norway (open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1400 per month (plus commission)
