Entry-Level Merchandiser


We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring products are stocked and presented in an attractive manner to drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, proper placement, and compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and communicating any discrepancies to management
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight product features and promotions
- Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for increased sales and improved merchandising strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for product positioning
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather feedback on products and make necessary improvements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a retail or merchandising role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Norway.
