We are in need of a hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at our busy restaurant in Alta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and dry dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
- Sort and stack clean dishes in appropriate storage areas
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including floors, walls, and equipment
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to company policies
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
