Mason Supervisor



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of masons to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on site
- Assign tasks and provide guidance and training to team members
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Inspect work for quality standards and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Order materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred

We offer competitive salary of $1800 per month along with free visa sponsorship and flight ticket. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
