Entry Level Barista

We are hiring an Entry Level Barista to join our team in Dickirch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a contract position with no experience required, making it the perfect opportunity for Nepali individuals seeking their first job in the coffee industry.

As an entry-level position, we will provide training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. However, we do require candidates to have a biometric passport and at least a high school diploma (12 pass). This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and eager to learn more about the art of brewing.

Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing beverages according to our recipes, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the café. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
