We are currently hiring for the position of a Barista to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the quality of coffee and other beverages meets our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Suggest new menu items or promotions to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of different types of coffee, tea, and other beverages is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
