Architecture Manager

As an architecture manager, you will oversee the design and construction of buildings and structures in Dickirch. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to complete building projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback for improvements
- Oversee the selection and coordination of contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex building projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working as an architecture manager in Egypt or the Middle East region
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience working on international projects or with multinational teams is a plus
