Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of construction projects, ensuring that all plans and specifications meet building codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Perform site visits to collect data and ensure accuracy of plans
- Create 3D models using architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback, budget constraints, and building codes
- Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an architectural technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

This is a full-time position with a salary starting at $1100 per month. We welcome applications from Canadians looking to relocate to Wiltz.
