Concrete Worker
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Akron, USA. In this role, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces and structures. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete and be able to perform physically demanding tasks. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month and accommodation provided. Women are encouraged to apply. No English language skills are required, but proficiency in Malayalam or Swahili is preferred.
As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing construction sites for pouring concrete, mixing and pouring concrete according to specifications, and smoothing and finishing surfaces using hand tools and power tools. You may also be required to build forms for pouring concrete and operate heavy machinery such as excavators or bulldozers.
To excel in this role, you should have strong physical stamina as the job requires lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time. You should also have good hand-eye coordination and be able to read blueprints or follow instructions from supervisors.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals without experience in the field as on-the-job training will be provided. However, experience in construction or a related field would be an advantage.
