We are in need of a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Utena. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a restaurant, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by supervising staff, managing inventory and budget, and maintaining high levels of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service
- Train and supervise employees on proper food handling procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement policies to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Create work schedules for employees based on business needs while also managing labor costs
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials that will appeal to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make necessary changes in operations to remain competitive

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining cleanliness in a restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of managing budgets, inventory, and labor costs effectively
- Ability to create an inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and respect among staff members
- Proficient in using computer systems such as POS and inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
