We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process, working closely with architects and engineers to turn their visions into reality. You will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, overseeing building materials and processes, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Research building materials, techniques, and processes to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective solutions are used
- Review designs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Produce detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and schedules
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Good communication skills to work effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Atlanta. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in the area.
