Architecture Manager


We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architecture projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. This is a contract job and we are open to candidates without experience, as long as they possess the necessary skills and qualifications. Visa sponsorship will also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers in the planning, design, and construction of various projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Washington but we welcome applicants from all over India who are fluent in English.
