Locksmith Technician


We are a reputable locksmith company located in Dickirch, seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks on doors, windows, safes, and other structures
- Cut new or duplicate keys using key cutting machines
- Respond to emergency lockouts and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose lock issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith Technician
- Proficient in using key cutting machines and other locksmith tools
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks and their functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
