Office Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Help with data entry and record keeping
- Provide general support to the office staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
