Collector

As a Collector in the city of Eldoret, Kenya, you will be responsible for contacting and negotiating with individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. Your main goal will be to recover delinquent payments and minimize financial losses for our company. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with debtors both in person and over the phone. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will need to keep accurate records of all collection activity. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred. This part-time position offers a salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation and a free visa and ticket for foreign applicants. This role is suitable for men who are fluent in English and able to work independently without prior experience in collections.
