Office Assistant

Our busy office in Izhevsk is seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and supporting the office staff with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals or foreigners with valid biometric passports. All candidates must be able to work legally in Izhevsk without sponsorship.
