Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs. You will use your technical skills and knowledge of construction methods and materials to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in architectural technology and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs
- Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure building plans comply with local codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with new materials, products, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in architectural technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong technical skills including drafting, detailing, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs

Salary: $1500 per month without accommodation
Location: Khanpur (own visa jobs available)
