Nurse

We are a healthcare facility located in Vilnius, seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting with daily medical tasks. Your role will also involve educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatments, as well as working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
- Assist with medical procedures such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy
- Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the country of origin (if foreign trained)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures and equipment
- Empathetic nature and ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

We offer competitive salary starting at 1000$ per month depending on experience. This position is open to all nationalities. No English language proficiency is required; however, fluency in Lithuanian would be an asset.
