Junior Information Security Analyst

As a Junior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information and systems from potential cyber threats. Your main duties will include monitoring networks and systems for any suspicious activity, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security measures to prevent data breaches.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of information security principles and technologies. You should also possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address potential security risks. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or potential security threats
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses in the organization's systems
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access
- Investigate any reported security incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate the impact
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in information security to ensure the organization's systems are properly protected
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure all systems meet the necessary security standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledge of information security principles and technologies such as firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention, etc.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify potential security risks
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other IT teams

Salary: $1700 per month without accommodation

Location: Gujrat (preference for local candidates)
