Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced and efficient Office Manager for our company based in Bungoma, Kenya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks in the office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supervising office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain office budget and track expenses
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and systems
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave requests
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Bungoma, Kenya
