We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and ensuring their smooth operation. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, maintaining network and system security, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for keeping our company at the forefront of technology advancements. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all systems.
- Managing a team of IT professionals and providing them with guidance, training, and support.
- Ensuring network and system security by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and identifying opportunities for their implementation within our company.
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their productivity.
- Managing budgets for IT projects and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Handling any technical issues or disruptions that may arise.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and security.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful IT strategies.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and identify opportunities for implementation within the company.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
