Architecture Manager



We are in need of a skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Karachi. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all projects are completed successfully and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams
- Oversee the design and development of architectural projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and techniques
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status, budget updates, and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
