Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our company. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers in the development and execution of architectural projects.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop project plans and strategies to meet client requirements and company goals.
- Review and approve project designs, drawings, specifications, and other documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale architectural projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Location: This position is located in Karachi.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This is a full-time job opportunity. Candidates must have their own valid visa.
