Office Manager
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and appointments, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. You must have excellent multitasking skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in English and Hebrew. As an important member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment for all employees.
Salary: $1600 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing reports, etc.
- Ensure efficient communication between staff members, clients, and suppliers
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Act as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries from employees or external parties
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records
- Maintain employee records including attendance, leave requests, etc.
- Plan company events such as team building activities or holiday celebrations
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
- Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency
- Train new employees on company procedures
