Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. You must have experience in the field, as well as the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site surveys and assess building structures for solar panel installation
- Ensure proper positioning and alignment of panels for maximum sun exposure
- Install electrical wiring and equipment for solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot any issues with solar panel systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working at heights

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment installation
- Understanding of design plans and specifications for solar panel systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently

Preferred:
- Relevant certification in solar panel installation or electrical work
- Experience working with both residential and commercial projects
- Experience with different types of solar panels, such as photovoltaic or thermal systems

Salary: 1800$ per month (part-time)
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (accommodation provided)
Nationality preference: Indian (visa sponsorship available)
