We are in need of a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of metal castings. Your duties will include preparing molds, melting metals, pouring molten metal into molds, and removing finished castings from molds.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a foundry setting and possess excellent technical skills. You must also have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds for casting by following blueprints or specifications
- Melt metals using various methods such as electric arc furnaces or gas-fired furnaces
- Pour molten metal into prepared molds
- Remove finished castings from molds and perform any necessary finishing work
- Inspect castings for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a foundry setting
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate various equipment used in the production process
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
