Excavator Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Lom. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maneuvering heavy equipment, such as excavators, to move earth and other materials at construction sites. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an excavator operator and must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. As this role involves working on construction sites, we are looking for someone who can work independently and follow safety procedures strictly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other construction areas
- Move earth and materials using excavator's bucket or other attachments
- Follow safety procedures and protocols while operating heavy equipment
- Inspect machinery regularly and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Communicate effectively with team members on site to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
- Familiarity with different types of excavators and their functions
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or construction plans is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently and follow safety protocols strictly

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. The working hours may vary depending on the project but typically range from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. As this role involves working on construction sites, you may be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
